Shipping Policies

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment of your order. Please note: it may take up to 48 hours from the time we scan your package to when tracking information is available.

2 business days when order is placed by 12pm PST. If order is placed after 12pm PST, item(s) will be shipped the following day.
Overnight Shipping
Next business day when order is placed by 12pm PST. If order is placed after 12pm PST, item(s) will be shipped the following day.


We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. Depending on shipment location and your country's customs policy, delivery could take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks. Please note: All international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Package Protection

By selecting Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate event that your order never arrives or is broken or damaged upon arrival, you can simply  Contact Us and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed via store credit.

For packages marked "delivered" yet not received, please wait 2 business days after delivery confirmation date to ensure package was not mis-delivered or found around the premises. Packages marked "delivered" yet not received are only eligible for a replacement order or store credit, while packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") are eligible for reimbursement of your original order costs, not including shipping charges and package protection costs. For international orders, you will be responsible for the charges to ship your replacement. 

Package protection is non-refundable.
