Returns & Exchanges

Need to make a return or exchange? Visit our Returns Portal with your Order # and email address associated with your order, and follow the prompts for easy returns and exchanges. 

We accept returns of merchandise in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at so we can help. 

Returns for refunds to your original method of payment can be made within 14 days of purchase, and returns for online store credit can be made within 30 days of purchase. Free exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase. Please note: original shipping fees and return labels are non-refundable. 

Select merchandise, including sale, pantry, and apothecary products may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

When packaging your items for return or exchange, please include the original order invoice with your return, and allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
